Job Description

Position Title: Project Manager

Project Duration: 6 months, extendable

Remote or Hybrid: Remote

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Job Description:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned banking clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  2. Handle day-to-day Jira tickets and requests for training, bug fixes, and new features.
  3. Act as a primary point of contact, proactively communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and fostering trust.
  4. Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product development and future projects.
  5. Manage assigned banking software projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and address any roadblocks.
  7. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project success.
  8. Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to clients and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Project management and configuration/implementation are key requirements.
  2. Integration with core trade finance operating systems, including Trade 360, is a priority.
  3. A final-stage pipeline of 36 banks worth over 5m in revenue.
  4. Testing and validation of TradeSpeed core, plus bank-by-bank trade finance expertise and banking experience.
  5. Good coordination and communication skills.
