Fitout Project Manager, Liverpool, March Start

Our Client
Hays is working with a regional fitout contractor who is on the lookout for a freelance Project manager to oversee their project in the Merseyside area, from start to finish.

As Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee the project from preconstruction to handover
  
• Oversee all subcontractors on site
  
• Manage drawings and variations
• Ensure H&S and RAMS on site
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders

What you require:

• Good knowledge of fitout projects
  
• M&E knowledge is desirable
• CSCS, SMSTS, & First Aid
• Previous Project Manager experience
• Good understanding of drawings & managing variations
• UK-based construction experience is essential

• We are offering:
• A competitive daily rate, dependent on experience
  
• Work in the Liverpool area
  
• End of March start
  
• 14 weeks of work
