Role: Project Manager for a large-scale data migration for an application decommissioning

Day rate: £300-500/day (Outside IR35)

We're supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.

• Lead the data migration of 'Documentum' application data (multiple instances) from legacy system to long-term storage solution, providing project structure, standing up project cadence and ensuring data governance throughout
• Collaborate with RMA Business Partner team to adopt record management best practice
• Work with a sense of urgency, focus on delivery and execution - driving, aligning, problem solving, risk management, making connections
• Be a strong partner for business tech groups and other stakeholders, including challenging, prioritising and managing complex moving parts
• Be comfortable with doing the brilliant basics including tasks like actions, notes and chasing to completion, core team meeting management, etc
• Partner with other external partners and help to co-ordinate activities
• Employ strong stakeholder management and mapping
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops
• Ensure end-clients IT governance principles are employed throughout
