The role

As a Project Manager you will play an active role in managing and executing projects that fall within the company's key strategic portfolio. You will work across multiple cross functional teams and multiple programmes and projects.

As Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of allocated projects and connected activities to help execute the company's strategic roadmap. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain plans, risks and issues whilst providing regular reporting updates whilst monitoring the benefits case and commercial activity/ service transition to support the success of the project. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and project management expertise to ensure alignment of the organisation's strategic goals with resources and desired benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. End to End Project Management: Oversee and drive all phases of a project from initiation, planning through to completion including project close and handover to business as usual.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Manage internal or third-party project resources to ensure that they are working effectively to deliver project outcomes.
  3. Risk & Issues Management: Effectively manage risks and issues and escalations as required to keep projects on track.
  4. Reporting, Monitoring & Tracking: Proactively managing, tracking and monitoring actions and activity required to keep projects on track.
  5. Planning, Budget and Resource Management: Detailed planning, scoping and milestone management with clear budget management.
  6. Governance: Adopt and adapt project management structures and frameworks to best suit the delivery model required to deliver required outcomes.
  7. Benefits Realisation: Define and set up usage statistics and reporting required to track benefits realisation for regular reporting through Key Performance Indicators.

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in programme/project management / PMO environments (Degree/ Master ideal).
  2. Experience and proven track record of working on multiple transformation projects, GTM, and operational improvement projects in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Hands-on, execution-focused mindset, with the ability to work across multiple projects.
  6. Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or PE-backed businesses is a plus.
