About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager Consultant (PMC) to lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects focused on the development and implementation of innovative information systems. You will be at the forefront of digital transformation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery in terms of time, scope, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects aligned with business needs
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams
• Estimate costs, allocate resources, and define project scope & deliverables
• Drive stakeholder engagement and oversee change control processes
• Produce and maintain project documentation including plans, risk logs, and reports
• Facilitate working groups and progress meetings
• Promote and implement best practices in project governance
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams
• Review deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with requirements

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, PM )
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, PM Agile)
• Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, GitHub Enterprise, Atlassian Suite, ServiceNow
• Confident in UML, BPMN, and business process modelling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Certifications (at least one required):

• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner
• PMI Project Management Certification
• COBIT 5 Certification
• PM / PM Agile Certification
