Role Overview: As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of property disputes. This includes advising clients on matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, lease renewals, and other property-related conflicts. You will work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and represent them in court when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of property litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Provide expert legal advice on a variety of property disputes.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court and at mediation or arbitration hearings.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant case law and legislation.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
