Our client, a trusted provider of network and communication technology solutions, is looking for a QA Engineer (UX Focused) to elevate the quality of our GUI application that interfaces with the Cloud Platform.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Test Planning:
    Design structured, detailed test plans and cases based on technical specs and UX requirements.

  • Quality Execution:
    Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure seamless usability and system integrity.

  • Defect Tracking:
    Proactively log and manage bugs in Jira, working closely with developers to ensure timely fixes.

  • Test Automation:
    Develop and maintain automated test scripts to boost testing speed and reliability.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Partner with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to clarify requirements and embed quality into every step of development.

  • Compliance & Standards:
    Ensure the product meets all accessibility, usability, and security standards, following best practices and company policies.

  • Reporting:
    Deliver insightful QA reports and quality metrics to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

You'll Succeed If You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Solid experience in software QA, especially testing GUI apps

  • Hands-on knowledge of QA tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Skills in both manual testing and test automation

  • Experience with test scripting in JavaScript, Python, or similar

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar bug tracking tools

  • Experience in CI/CD environments, including Docker and Helm deployments

  • Agile/Scrum team experience

  • A user-first mindset and keen attention to detail

  • (Bonus) Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, etc.)
