Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
2. Investigate internal and external quality concerns and provide solutions.
3. Utilize data analysis to support problem-solving processes and guide internal projects.
4. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
5. Maintain linkages between process flow, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, Work Instructions, and records.
6. Conduct internal quality audits, generate reports, and ensure timely closure of non-conformances or Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs).
7. Analyze data to verify and validate proposed manufacturing changes and regularly report project progress to Quality Management.

Skills Required:

1. Experience within an automotive/aerospace quality role.
2. Understanding of IATF16949/AS9100/ISO9001.
3. Knowledge of customer-specific requirements.
