Position Overview:We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years of postgraduate experience in fit-out and joinery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to join a forward-thinking team where your skills and ideas will be valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for fit-out and joinery projects
- Perform accurate estimating of project costs, materials, and labour
- Manage project finances and ensure cost control
- Conduct risk management and value engineering
- Prepare bills of quantities, schedules, and project documentation
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and prepare financial reports
- Collaborate with site managers and clients to achieve project goals
- 3-4 years of post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit-out and joinery
- Strong knowledge of cost management, estimating, and contract administration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Evaluate & Procore
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced role.
- Excellent communication skills liaising with clients and internal team members
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Commercial awareness within the fit-out and joinery sector
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills
- Manage your time and workload effectively
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
