Randstad Digital - Commercial Project Manager

As a commercial Project Manager at Randstad Digital, you will be responsible for managing smaller projects delivered by our solutions team and assisting the project services & managed services directors in their commercial pursuits. Besides ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, you'll also work on writing offers and assisting in the opportunity pursuit. Commercial expert
We're looking for somebody with a certain commercial flair and with a PEN that paints pictures with words. What does that mean exactly?

• Together with the managed services director and the project services director, you'll be working on the opportunity pursuit.
  
• What are the client's needs, and how can we translate them into a concrete plan? This will be on the top of your mind whenever you're preparing an offer for our client.
  
• You'll be involved in drawing up the planning and budget, and you'll translate our solution in a convincing document for the client.
  
• Amongst others, you'll be involved in extending our services at the European Institutions and will play a key role in the contract & relationship management.
  

Project Manager
Besides your commercial activities, you will also take care of some smaller projects, where you always keep a helicopter view, but still manage to stay detail-oriented.

• You will be responsible for managing and tracking the overall finances and timelines, identifying risks & issues and developing mitigation plans.
  
• You will develop project plans, roadmaps and status reports to keep the stakeholders informed about the progress of the project and you'll also communicate with various stakeholders to manage their expectations.
  
• You will ensure effective communication among the stakeholders and facilitate collaboration among project teams. You will provide guidance and support to ensure that your team members are aligned with the project goals.
  
• You will ensure that you comply with project management standards and best practices.

Your profile
So what are we looking for

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or you are equivalent through experience.
  
• You have at least 5 years' experience in project management.
  
• You possess deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum. Certificates in Prince2 and PM2 are considered a plus
  
• You have a backpack full of project management experience that you can use in this job.
  
• You have experience in the Sales process and in writing personalized offers based on the needs of the client. Experience in public tender writing at national and European level is considered a plus.
  
• Communication is key in this line of work. Your skills in this area help you give a positive direction to the team and in your Sales work towards clients, partners and subcontractors.
  

• You have a technical background or experience with software development projects.
  
• You're known for your ability to comprehend and analyze different situations.
  
• You can express yourself perfectly in Dutch (at least level C1) and English (at least level C1), but you're also able to express yourself in French (at least level B2).
