Job DescriptionAs a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the vital first point of contact for potential property buyers in the bustling London market. You'll be working with a diverse range of clients, from local Londoners to international investors, helping them navigate the exciting world of new build properties. Your ability to understand client needs and match them with the perfect property will be key to driving the company's success. This position allows you to work flexibly from home while being an integral part of a fast-paced, growing business that's reshaping the London property landscape.
Responsibilities- Engage with potential buyers through various channels, conducting initial conversations to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Utilize your knowledge of London's property market to provide valuable insights and information to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring that high-potential buyers are identified and prioritized.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system, ensuring seamless communication within the team.
- Create tailored portfolios of property options for potential buyers, showcasing the best matches based on their needs.
- Schedule viewings and follow-up appointments with senior sales consultants for qualified leads.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the lead qualification process and enhance overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and changes in the London property landscape.
- Fluent English language skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A passion for real estate and a basic understanding of London's diverse neighborhoods and property market.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or via digital communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong connections with the team.

- Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours (4 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday through Sunday).
