Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking a Receptionist to be the face of their Head Office! This role is perfect for someone with a 'can do' attitude who thrives in a dynamic environment.


JOB TITLE: Receptionist


INDUSTRY: Property Development


CONTRACT: Permanent


SALARY: £25,000-£28,000


Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, you will:


  1. Answer all incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  2. Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they feel welcome
  3. Arrange refreshments for meetings and prepare meeting rooms
  4. Manage courier and taxi orders efficiently
  5. Handle door buzzers for gate and main entrance
  6. Process outgoing and incoming mail, including recorded and signed for items

In addition to reception duties, you will provide essential administrative support:


  1. Maintain stationery and office supplies for smooth operations
  2. Control and organise documents and filing systems
  3. Assist the Finance Team with utilities administration
  4. Support other staff during their absence
  5. Manage keys for the office and rental properties
  6. Oversee fleet management, including permits and mileage documentation
  7. Attend to building management tasks, ensuring all operations run smoothly
