Sales Support Specialist - German Speaking


Location: Northampton & Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Proactively resolve customer inquiries, driving continuous process improvements.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service across multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Delivery Management

  • Manage home delivery orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Effectively manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Optimize delivery routes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Sales Support Coordination

  • Accurately input sales orders into Salesforce and JDE systems.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

General Administration

  • Provide cross-functional administrative support.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries as appropriate.

Brand Ambassador

  • Represent the company brand with integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to efficient processes and practices, meeting customer needs effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous customer-facing experience is essential.
  • Fluent or business-fluent in German.
  • Experience in the luxury retail or logistics sectors is desirable.
  • Experience in a process-driven sales role is also beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Excel is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
