Senior Project Manager - Digital Delivery (FTC, 6 Months)

Location: London / Hybrid
Start Date: June
Clearance Required: BPSS as standard (higher clearances desirable)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (6 Months)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation and the ability to lead complex initiatives? Ten10 is looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our award-winning consultancy on an exciting 6-month fixed-term engagement starting in June.

As part of Ten10's consultancy team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact digital projects within the public sector. You'll work in a hybrid capacity, with flexibility for remote working and onsite collaboration in London as required.

Your Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the transition of digital products from development to live service

  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and successful delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technical domains

  • Drive governance, assurance, and risk management processes

  • Champion Agile methodologies and user-focused delivery

You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated success managing complex digital projects, ideally in public or regulated sectors

  • Experience working in Agile environments and delivering user-centric services

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, risk mitigation, and team leadership

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of digital technologies and products used in large-scale operations

  • Change management experience to support seamless adoption of new systems
