Regional Marketing & Communication Manager (all genders) Central Eastern Europe - Location Vienna VIE
Aufgaben
As a Regional Marketing Manager Italy at Condor Airlines you will establish and manage the Marketing and PR plans across the different B2C & B2B channels within Italy in line with the overall headquarter Marketing & Communication strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional Marketing Communication activities and campaigns across all relevant touchpoints, that will contribute to the growth of Condor Airlines in the new-entry market Czech Republic & CEE.
Your exciting tasks in particular:
Marketing Campaign & Communication Initiative Management:
- Plan, implement, and track the success of omni-channel B2C & B2B campaigns (digital and offline) as well as Marketing & PR initiatives
- Take an active lead in the coordination of campaigns and initiatives with both all external partners and internal teams
- Apply data-driven insights and define clear KPI's for campaigns, analyze their success, with learnings and recommendations in terms of campaign effectiveness
- Initiate lead generation initiatives and B2B marketing activities that support regional sales objectives
- Collaborate closely with airports and other partners setting up joint advertising plans.
Event Management:
- Plan and manage regional events such as trade appreciation events and participation at trade shows
- Collaborate with the sales leaders to decide on key events and coordinate (event-related) marketing assets and collaterals (e.g., flyers, merchandise etc.)
Project Management:
- Demonstrate strong project management skills in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and communication projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure seamless execution
- Thrive initiatives independently and work creatively and efficient with limited resources and in a fast-paced environment
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Coordinate with global functions (e.g. Product, Brand, PR/Comms) to localize and adapt initiatives to regional needs
- Liaise with other departments such as Regional Sales, eCommerce, Network Planning & Revenue-Management to understand the business needs and be able to translate them into local marketing and campaign plans
Profil
- 5+ years in a regional marketing role, preferably within the airline / tourism industry. Proven experience in marketing and communication role
- Professional bachelor's or master's degree in marketing & communication preferred
- In depth understanding of local market needs & requirements
- Ideally, native speaker in Italian language. Excellent in English. Any additional language like German is an asset but no requirement
- Great communication skills
- Good planning skills. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across region and align with global marketing & communication functions, but also confident in managing by your own with a hands-on mentality
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage diverse tasks at same time
- Strong project management skills, business acumen, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in common marketing tools such as CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and analytics as well as design platforms
