Our team is a potent mosaic of sage, accomplished leaders & brilliant polymaths hungry to prove it. We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do. We've recently raised from leading US and UK venture capital funds with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK.

Be the regional marketer for our gritty, high-performing sales team based in the UK. Build a marketing plan that grows the Heidi brand in-region and delivers MQLs to the sales team.

What you'll do:

  1. Organise Heidi virtual and face-to-face events so users and buyers can interact with Heidi directly, from dinners to demos to thought leadership talks.
  2. Own and deliver the conference sponsorship program end-to-end, from booking to organising to attendance to lead capture and follow-up.
  3. Devise and run campaigns to raise awareness of Heidi including geographic and specialty-focused thematics.
  4. Work with our local integration partners to grow their Heidi customer base, from launch to webinars to campaign content.
  5. Create targeted marketing content to support the sales team in their day-to-day, including brochures, decks, and flyers.
  6. Own local pages for the website including region-specific content such as compliance and thought leadership.
  7. Drive and deliver a strong customer story pipeline, both written and video.
  8. Support sales teams in targeted enterprise account outreach.
  9. Improve lead capture processes and stringent lead aging processes across the team.

Required Skills:

  1. Generalist marketing experience supporting a dedicated region.
  2. Experience organising and participating in events and conferences.
  3. Exposure to marketing and sales tech including email platforms, CRM, and design.
  4. Imaginative on campaign tactics and execution to help Heidi cut through.
  5. Strong content creation skills, good instinct for design and great writing prowess.
  6. Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  7. Loves working in the office with a passionate, competitive sales team.

Other things to know:

  1. We're in-person only, based out of our new London office.
  2. Experience in healthcare/specific vertical is great, but not required.
  3. Degrees not required/needed.

Attitude is more important than experience, so if you are a hungry, competitive, and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem-solving and building relationships, we want to hear from you.
