Our client, a leading innovator in secure digital identity solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Balkans region to join their core team.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for complex solutions targeting Governments and Public Organizations (B2G).
- Manage and drive business development primarily in the Balkans region, while remaining open to global opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a strong network of key contacts with public and private organizations.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from early prospection to contract signing, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Present and discuss market opportunities with the VP International Sales and collaborate on strategic decisions.
- Supervise, write, and review proposals for government tenders.
- Close government contracts directly or through partners, ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Travel frequently to meet partners and government representatives, presenting and promoting company solutions.
- Represent the company at marketing events and deliver impactful presentations when required.
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights to Product Managers to enhance solutions.
- Monitor competition and industry trends, sharing relevant information with internal teams.
- Support the Project Management Office during project execution in the assigned region.
- Actively contribute to internal organizational improvements and team collaboration.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the sales team and other company divisions.
- Achieve set annual sales and margin targets, driving continuous business growth.
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, combining sales, business development, and diplomacy.
- You have a background in the technology sector and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
- You are fluent in English and Greek, another Balkan language is a plus.
- You are based in Brussels and eager to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- You are highly autonomous, adaptable, and flexible, thriving in dynamic environments.
