Job Description

Come and join us as a results focused and innovative Regional Spares Manager to deliver sales and exceed customer expectations whilst being part of a hugely successful team.

The Regional Spares Manager will develop the Spares category through our branch networks, growing sales and business. As a Regional Spares Manager, you will work closely with branches to manage the development of our profitable Spares Category.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximise all sales opportunities by supporting our brand strategy through the regional sales network and the branch spares team.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and develop working relationships with key decision-makers within our current client base.
  • Maintain key growth areas in Managed, Social Housing and Branch managed customer accounts.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and sales teams across all brands making sure all relevant information is shared and reported on.
  • Provide the required level of support to Regional Operational and Sales Managers to help land key operational and business changes.
  • Provide business updates and regional performance vs. key performance indicators.

This is a remote based role, with travel required throughout a defined regional area.

As a Regional Spares Manager, you'll have an innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous experience within the merchanting sector and the ability to transfer skills to the Spare Parts market.
  • Strong background in Account Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Proven influence and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to overcome challenges.
  • Plumbing, Heating, and Spare Parts knowledge is beneficial.
