Registered Manager - 3 Bed EBD Children's Home

Location: South West England
Salary: £400-£500 per day (negotiable for experienced candidates)
Contract Length: 3-6 months (potential for extension)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children's home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This home will provide stability and support for children who have struggled in previous placements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading a team to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing home for children with EBD.
2. Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and maintaining high-quality care standards.
3. Managing placements, safeguarding concerns, and staff recruitment.
4. Supporting young people through their trauma and behavioural challenges.
5. Working closely with social workers, families, and multi-agency teams.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Registered Manager experience in a children's home.
2. Experience working with teenagers with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
3. Trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to care.
4. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - Children & Young People's Services (or willingness to work towards it).
5. Strong leadership and ability to manage challenging behaviours.
