Registered Manager - 3 Bed EBD Children's Home
Location: South West England
Salary: £400-£500 per day (negotiable for experienced candidates)
Contract Length: 3-6 months (potential for extension)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children's home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This home will provide stability and support for children who have struggled in previous placements.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children's home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This home will provide stability and support for children who have struggled in previous placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing home for children with EBD.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Managing placements, safeguarding concerns, and staff recruitment.
- Supporting young people through their trauma and behavioural challenges.
- Working closely with social workers, families, and multi-agency teams.
- Registered Manager experience in a children's home.
- Experience working with teenagers with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
- Trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - Children & Young People's Services (or willingness to work towards it).
- Strong leadership and ability to manage challenging behaviours.
