Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

Location: East Midlands

Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35)

Contract: 6 months (interim, with potential for a permanent role)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential home providing long-term care for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and associated learning disabilities. The home has been rated "Good" by Ofsted and is undergoing a transition, with a new facility currently under renovation.

1. Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring full Ofsted compliance.
2. Provide high-quality care in line with legislation and organisational policies.
3. Lead and develop a team of 19 staff, including RTWs, senior staff, and support personnel.
4. Support the transition to a new facility, ensuring smooth setup and Ofsted registration.
5. Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children.

1. Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
2. Experience working with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
3. Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance.
4. Proven ability to open a new facility, manage inspections, and lead teams.
5. Resilient, proactive, and committed to improving young people's lives.
