Registered Manager
Children's Complex Care Provider
£50,000 to £60,000 per annum
Remote - ideal locations are London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridge and Buckinghamshire.
Must be a Registered Children's/Paediatric Nurse.
TRC is working on behalf of a successful provider of specialised complex care for children in London and the surrounding areas, with aim to source a Registered Manager to oversee all aspects of the service delivery, quality and compliance of the CQC registered business.

Responsibilities:- To provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing staff and people management functions of the service.
- To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at the agreed prices.
- To maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider.
- Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service.
- Recruitment of staff and to induct new starters in accordance with the service's policy.
- Lead, motivate and direct staff including conducting staff supervision and annual staff appraisals for all heads of department.
- Develop staff to their full potential ensuring succession planning for the service.
- Ensure multidisciplinary teamwork is embedded in the service.
- Oversee the provision of community care services, ensuring each client receives personalised and compassionate care according to their complex needs.
- Mobilise packages of care across Optimam Complex Care caseload.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership in complex care situations.
- Analyse performance data and feedback to improve care services and client outcomes.
- Work closely with community teams, Integrated Care Boards (ICB), CHC nurses and CQC to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care.
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas.
- Must be a Registered Children's/Paediatric Nurse.
