Job Description

THE COMPANY: We have instructed by our client who is a rapidly growing RegTech company, serving the financial services compliance market. They are looking to hire a Regulatory Change Analyst to support the Head of Risk & Compliance.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure the Regulatory Updates Management system remains up to date with changes to regulations
  2. Develop understanding of international regulatory developments
  3. Undertake key research projects to support the international strategy
  4. Undertake administrative duties for the R&C team such as follow up on risk issues, monthly reporting, posting TLS content to third party sites
  5. Undertake and maintain ongoing surveillance of our client base
  6. Assist colleagues in learning and understanding matters of regulatory compliance
  7. Review and advise on our collateral in relation to matters of regulatory compliance (working with marketing team to draft key email messages).

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  1. 3+ years' experience in a regulatory compliance or related consultancy role
  2. Financial Services regulatory knowledge is critical
  3. Must have a good working knowledge of the FCA and PRA handbooks
  4. Knowledge of regulations in several additional jurisdictions would be an advantage
