Nexeo is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer for a leading financial institution in Belgium.
Nexeo is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout their transformation projects, from business consulting to IT solution implementation.
As a Customer Service Officer at Nexeo, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer support within a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Day-to-day customer contact: Be the first point of contact for customers and address their inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Multilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in Dutch and French, with English being a plus.
• Customer Issue Resolution: Provide clear and correct answers to customer questions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer issues proactively and escalate when necessary.
• Customer-Oriented Mindset: Offer tailored solutions and maintain high levels of service.
What are we expecting?
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in MS Office.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and French, with English being a plus.
• Interest in Banking & Finance: Strong interest in banking products and services.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, diplomatic, customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible.
