Research Director - maternity cover

Experienced and capable quantitative Research Director required to cover maternity leave from March/April.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum Location: Greater London, South London Job Type: Freelance

THE ROLE

As Research Director, you will lead and drive high-quality research projects and programmes during a maternity leave period. The role will involve managing key client accounts, helping shape the strategy and operations of the research team, and mentoring a team of talented junior and senior researchers.

The successful person will also play a key role in business development by crafting and proposing bespoke research solutions for prospective clients.

The team gets together a minimum of 2 days per month in the office (South London). You will need to live in the UK, and there will be occasional international travel.

YOU

We're looking for the following profile:

• Proven track record in leadership, and able to deputise for senior leadership as needed
• Solid and extensive quantitative research agency experience
• People management skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Skilled in project management, quality control, and supplier management

You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
