About the Project/Role

You will have the opportunity to be part of the team working on a range of projects preparing and supporting client service managers with client deliverables on projects such as the NBA, Formula E and RFU, using your research skills and passion for sports to provide the best insights possible.

You'll have a passion for sport and take pride in high accuracy, reliability and timeliness. You will work in partnership with the Operations and Client Service team leaders within the Sport team to drive a market-leading experience for our clients.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and is within the Sport team which is part of the TGI domain in Kantar Media UK.

Job Role Requirements

  • Successfully supporting your colleagues by producing high quality deliverables for reporting to clients.
  • The main day to day tasks involve data collation, analysing/quality control and populating in PPT. Data will need to be exported from various platforms, formatted and then turned into a client deliverable, providing key insights.
  • Establishing a strong and collaborative relationship with colleagues in both Operations and Client Services.
  • Achieve a comprehensive understanding of our services, data and deliverables, allowing you to interpret results and articulate them for client deliverables.
  • Build a strong foundation of knowledge that will position you to transition to a Client Services Manager in the future, handling your own portfolio of clients.

Role Requirements

  • A pro-active self-starter with a positive, mature attitude.
  • A strong understanding of data and data interpretation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines.
  • Get on well with people at all levels and enjoy working as a team as well as independently.
  • Keen to learn and progress.
  • A desire to build a career in the sports industry.
  • Strong interest and passion for data, sport and brands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to analyse & interpret data and find "stories".
  • Strong analytical skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
