About the team:

Our Syndicated division consists of a team of approx. 25 researchers, project managers and business development professionals, focusing on a range of core products, including Therapy Watch, Living With and our Conference Insights and Ethnography Accessed services.

Your primary role:

• Support syndicated reporting for your assigned therapy areas
• With input from your manager, script and code questionnaires (using Confirmit)
• Be responsible for data quality checks
• Involved in charting and data checking and analysis (using SPSS and to a lesser extent Excel)
• Help to write reports alongside senior team members
• Liaise with the Fieldwork team to identify any issues and flag them to the project manager
• Suggest responses to ad hoc client queries with input from your manager

Your skills and experience:

• More than 1 year of experience in healthcare quantitative market research
• Capable of analysing large quantitative data sets using Excel and SPSS, or other similar software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Passionate about developing therapy area-specific knowledge and expertise
