About the team:
Our Syndicated division consists of a team of approx. 25 researchers, project managers and business development professionals, focusing on a range of core products, including Therapy Watch, Living With and our Conference Insights and Ethnography Accessed services.
Your primary role:
- Support syndicated reporting for your assigned therapy areas
- With input from your manager, script and code questionnaires (using Confirmit)
- Be responsible for data quality checks
- Involved in charting and data checking and analysis (using SPSS and to a lesser extent Excel)
- Help to write reports alongside senior team members
- Liaise with the Fieldwork team to identify any issues and flag them to the project manager
- Suggest responses to ad hoc client queries with input from your manager
Your skills and experience:
- More than 1 year of experience in healthcare quantitative market research
- Capable of analysing large quantitative data sets using Excel and SPSS, or other similar software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Passionate about developing therapy area-specific knowledge and expertise
