Are you an experienced Residential Property Lawyer looking to join a well-established and highly respected law firm in Cheshire? We're currently working with a long-standing legal practice with a strong local reputation, and they're looking to expand their property team with a confident, client-focused solicitor or legal executive.

The Role:

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. This includes:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law
  • Ability to handle a full caseload independently
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
  • Experience with case management systems
