Residential Property Solicitor - Harrogate

The Firm:

1. Award winning, Legal 500 and Chambers listed firm is recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to work within its CQS accredited team based in North Yorkshire.
2. The firm represents clients both nationally and overseas and is recognised by its long standing tenure of Lexcel as Investors in People in the Legal 500, Chambers and Partners directories.
3. It encourages a culture where everyone in the firm is responsible and accountable for improving the service provided to clients and invests in external research into the market perception of the firm to support this.

The Role:

1. The residential property department is CQS accredited and is led by a team of specialists in the conveyancing sector who have worked with the firm for many years and have an excellent reputation with clients and also have lead roles within business development and marketing on behalf of the firm.
2. The role will involve running a manageable caseload of high value transactions from start to finish.
3. The caseload is manageable and you will be given an assistant.

Requirements:

1. You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally a minimum of 3 years PQE.
2. Able to run the full remit of conveyancing transactions.
3. Team player.
4. Desire to work within a client focussed law firm.
5. Excellent communication skills.
