Nexeo is currently looking for a Senior IT Project Management Officer (Local PMO - CIO Office)

As a Senior IT Project Management Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Budget Management: Oversee and track a departmental budget of approximately €6M, ensuring efficient allocation and monitoring of funds.
• Project Reporting & Monitoring: Maintain a clear overview of projects, report on progress, and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide guidance to senior managers and directors, aligning IT projects with broader strategic objectives.
• Capacity & Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term capacity planning, supporting the department's strategic initiatives.
• Collaboration with PMOs: Work closely with central and corporate PMOs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
• Development of PM Practices: Drive the development and continuous improvement of project management practices within the department.

What are we expecting?

• Language Skills: Native or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch, and professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on budgeting, project reporting, and strategic planning.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge in project monitoring, financial management, and IT project methodologies. Experience with ServiceNow SPM and other project management tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
