Job Description

evoke are seeking a dynamic Retail Compliance Business Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Compliance Analysts, overseeing the development, revision, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure adherence to our compliance framework. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and a compliant retail environment.

What you will be doing -

  • Lead, develop and proactively manage individual and team workload while communication and resolving any points of difficulty
  • Ensure sufficient technical knowledge within the team which is utilised in quality decision making and actions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure practical application and processes are consistent with stated policies and procedures
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to with the team and the retail estate
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and how proposed change would impact them
  • Minimise and mitigate any potential risks, escalating any concerns and understand how regulatory changes impact the workload of the team
  • Have safer gambling at the forefront of you and your team's mind at all times, considering the impact to the customer and the regulatory framework we work within
  • Utilise technology to enhance the quality of work completed by the team, inclusive of reporting methodology to communicate output levels. Streamline processes and reduce timelines while ensuring compliance, assurance and quality
