Job Description

As the Sales Revenue Planner, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities within the telesales sector.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop precise sales forecasts and operational reports to guide telesales strategies.
  • Lead Management: Monitor and analyse lead generation and conversion rates to optimise telesales efforts.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted telesales campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with telesales representatives, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve revenue goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges in the telesales process and implement effective solutions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Sales Revenue Planner will have the following:

  • Proven experience in telesales planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in outbound sales preferable.
  • Experience of selling into or on behalf of real estate clients would be very beneficial.

Fully remote role

£40-45k salary - paid weekly

Temporary ongoing role - typically a 6 months contract with a potential to turn permanent
