RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Assist with GDPR, data protection, and AML compliance, providing guidance on queries and supporting regulatory assessments.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for internal teams seeking compliance-related advice.
  3. Investigate and resolve client complaints in line with internal policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records and liaise with external regulators when needed.
  4. Handle notifications of potential or actual professional negligence, advising on necessary actions and maintaining indemnity records.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Qualified Solicitor or equivalent (England and Wales) with experience in managing professional negligence matters.
  2. Knowledge of GDPR, AML, and professional conduct regulations.
  3. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
