About Staff Partners Mental Health:
Staff Partners Mental Health is a trusted recruitment agency specialising in mental health nursing roles across the UK. We are thrilled to offer Band 5, Band 6, and Band 7 RMN opportunities on a block booking basis with an NHS Trust on the Isle of Man. This is an excellent chance to secure guaranteed shifts, gain experience in a stunning location, and enjoy the benefits of a well-supported role.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
Deliver exceptional mental health care in line with NHS standards.
Conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Administer medication safely and monitor patient progress.
Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
Ensure all care meets regulatory and best practice standards.
Requirements:
Current NMC Registration (Registered Mental Health Nurse)
A minimum of 6 months of NHS mental health experience
Relevant experience at Band 5, Band 6, or Band 7 level, depending on the role applied for
Flexibility and commitment to block bookings with varied shift patterns
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient-centred, compassionate approach
