Job Description

RPA Business / Process Analyst

Role Overview:
The RPA Business / Process Analyst will work with stakeholders to analyze, map, and optimize business processes for automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process discovery workshops to identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop process maps, workflows, UML, or IDEF0 diagrams.
  • Ensure alignment with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Work with RPA developers to refine automation requirements.
  • Ensure documentation is compliant with security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years in business process mapping and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of UIPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent RPA platforms.
  • Experience in process optimization and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with AGILE and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess solutions within technical and resource constraints.
  • Must hold SC clearance.
