Job DescriptionRPA Business / Process Analyst
Role Overview:
The RPA Business / Process Analyst will work with stakeholders to analyze, map, and optimize business processes for automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process discovery workshops to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop process maps, workflows, UML, or IDEF0 diagrams.
- Ensure alignment with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Work with RPA developers to refine automation requirements.
- Ensure documentation is compliant with security and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in business process mapping and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of UIPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent RPA platforms.
- Experience in process optimization and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with AGILE and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess solutions within technical and resource constraints.
- Must hold SC clearance.
