Sage X3 Consultant (SC Cleared)

The consultant we are looking for should be a highly skilled Sage specialist. The task will be to lead a critical replatforming initiative for our customer.

The consultant should have experience with migrating the Sage X3 GL application from on-premises legacy infrastructure to Oracle Cloud. Responsibilities include documenting the target Oracle Cloud design, the replatform approach, testing and proving the standalone target design, and building test and DR environments.

Experience and skills needed for this position:

1. Used principally to provide a General Ledger function for the CMS system.
2. Takes nightly flat file feeds from the BaNCS financials application and a BACS file from RBS.
3. Currently have only a single environment, namely Production, with no DR or Test available.
4. Upgrade of Sage X3 GL from 6.4 to V12.x.
5. Replatform from AIX/Windows to Oracle Linux/Windows.
6. Database is currently Oracle 11.2.0.4 upgrading to 19c.

This contract will be 80% remote and 20% onsite at our client's office in Central London.

For this position, we are looking for a consultant who has active SC Clearance.
