Are you a dedicated and motivated GP looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, dynamic environment? North End Medical Centre is currently recruiting a Salaried GP to join our busy, thriving practice in the heart of West Kensington.

About Us:
We are a well-established practice providing care to a diverse population of 19,000 patients. As part of the Hammersmith & Fulham Partnership, which includes five large surgeries-North End Medical Centre, Park Medical Centre, Brook Green Medical Centre, The Bush Doctors, and Richford Gate Medical Practice-we offer an extensive, collaborative network of care.
Each surgery is a training practice, with a full clinical team including nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, care managers, link workers, and physiotherapists. We actively encourage GPs to develop specialist interests, with opportunities for cross-site faculty working in areas such as frailty teams, mental health services, research, and minor surgery hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent care to a diverse patient population.
  2. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams across our PCN.
  3. Participate in teaching students and trainees.
  4. Offer care within your area of specialist interest, if desired.
  5. Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  6. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

About You:
  1. Fully GMC registered with a license to practice.
  2. MRCGP (or equivalent) preferred.
  3. Full registration on performer list for England.
  4. A genuine interest in providing high-quality patient care within a multi-disciplinary setting.
  5. Strong communication skills and a team player.
  6. Passionate about personal and professional development.
