JOB TITLE: Sales and Operations Coordinator

SALARY: up to £27,000

Core Responsibilities:


  1. Sales & Commercial:
    - Collaborate closely with retailer teams to establish strong partnerships and ensure optimal stock levels across all wholesale doors.
    - Analyse retailer sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and effectively communicate insights to partners.
    - Manage retailer orders, liaising with the operations team for timely despatch and accurate delivery. Proactively follow up with suppliers as needed.
    - Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on key financial metrics to drive business success.
  2. Operations & Supply Chain:
    - Coordinate with suppliers and fulfilment partners to optimise inbound and outbound demand planning.
    - Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational performance and drive efficiency.
