We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work for a leading company. You will be working in a great team with the ability to progress.
Role Profile
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for being the interface between Sales, Operations and our customers, by ensuring that all new and additional work that customers require is set up accurately in the Company systems which will enable the operations team to deliver and the finance team to invoice and collect.
This role also includes but is not limited to the inputting of customer data and orders, coordinating operational services work to ensure that the operational teams can plan their install, removals and repairs on washroom equipment to the customers satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1) To drive customer focus and ownership throughout the business to ensure the speedy resolution of customer queries.
2) To proactively communicate with both the customer and Company Sales Teams to drive accuracy and compliance in all orders processed on our system prior to install and invoicing.
3) Key attention to detail ensuring all data which is inputted is accurate specifically when completing tasks such as order creation, customer details, customer account creation and invoicing.
4) To consistently follow the business process when updating business systems and records to ensure customer details are kept accurate and up to date.
5) To take full ownership of all technical services work planning to ensure all relevant work is arranged as per the customer specification.
6) To drive excellent customer service through the consistent management of these installs, repairs and removals.
7) To proactively communicate with all Technical Services Engineers to ensure that all Customer queries and requests are resolved in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
8) To take full ownership of all technical services work planning to ensure all relevant work is arranged as per the customer specification.
Essential:
- Administration experience in a Sales or Customer facing Contact Centre environment
- Experience in the consistent use of different systems and Microsoft software packages
- Experience in the ability to meet robust targets that focus on customer care and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the washroom or consumable industry markets.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy focus in all types of administration.

- Ability to converse confidently with external and internal customers (ie, speaking clearly, listening, comprehending, and interpreting).
- Ability to multi-task and be resilient in a high pressured and fast paced environment.
