Job Description
About the role

Our CP Digital team in London are growing, and we're currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join them on their journey. You'll be the lynch pin in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring smooth operations within our NetSuite and Salesforce systems.

You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Assist the sales team with admin tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and managing sales documentation
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data in NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Process sales orders, manage order fulfilment, and coordinate with other departments
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and product availability
  • Generate and analyse sales reports to provide insights to the sales team and management, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of NetSuite and Salesforce systems, including user training and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and finance departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

This isn't just a "doing" job; we are keen to maximise what we do and how we do it, so we are looking for someone who will look to identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales administration function and implement best practices.

About you

At Cooper Parry, we're in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all in. You'll continuously strive to keep learning - whether you're a trainee or a Partner - and you'll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.

In addition, as a Sales Administrator you will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. To shine in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a technology or software company
  • Proficient in Salesforce is a must; experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus (i.e. NetSuite)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively and at pace
