Sales Consultant

The Shore Experience team are dedicated to innovation and excellence in delivering unforgettable experiences for our Guests. We focus on tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of our guests, while also boosting our sales effectiveness to drive growth.

The Sales Consultant supports the Sales Manager in executing the sales strategy for Shorex. This role involves designing briefs for stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and understanding the success of past initiatives.

Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the end-to-end execution of initiatives, achieving commercial targets, and reviewing the performance and efficacy of activities.

This role requires a creative thinker with strong data insight skills, tenacity, and a results-driven, action-oriented approach.

This pivotal role will involve:

1. Creation and delivery of internal trade promotional packs and toolkits
2. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance sales performance and work towards delivering on overall Shorex commercial goals and quarterly targets.
3. Utilise data insights to understand and interpret the performance of initiatives and support in the creation of performance reports
4. Regularly review the performance and efficacy of sales driving initiatives and make recommendations for improvements

This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organization and is available on a full-time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring

1. Proven experience in a campaign support or similar role, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or cruise industry.
2. Strong understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.
3. Experience in managing and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
4. Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decisions.
