Job Title: Sales Director - Recruitment

Location: Nationwide Hybrid working available

At gap personnel, we are on a mission to grow - and we're looking for a driven, strategic, and commercially sharp sales leader to spearhead growth across our Managed Service (Onsite) Division. What you'll do:
  1. Win profitable, contracted volume accounts across the UK
  2. Develop bespoke, commercially viable workforce solutions for key clients
  3. Lead the full sales cycle - from pitch to partnership
  4. Own your sales strategy and drive it with conviction
  5. Collaborate with implementation and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery
  6. Use insight, data, and market knowledge to shape our solution and keep us ahead of the curve
  7. Set the standard in cross-selling, strategic networking, and ongoing client development
  8. Contribute directly to financial targets and shape divisional sales strategy
