With a strong reputation for excellence, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Director who will be instrumental in expanding and developing their successful contract cleaning business.
We are keen to identify a credible "player coach" who leads from the front and manages through promoting collaboration, providing guidance and support, and driving a performance-based culture. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who has a track record of achieving results and expanding a client base throughout London.
Key responsibilities will include:- Owning, planning, and executing strategies for developing business and achieving the company's goals
- Recruiting, leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing the right tools, structures, resources, training, and processes to set the teams up for success
- Leading and managing through promoting teamwork, providing guidance and support, empowering decision making and driving a "performance-based" culture
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to maximise retention and revenue growth
- Working closely with the BDM, Telesales and Tendering teams to enhance brand awareness and service offerings
- Utilising your existing knowledge and experience in the marketplace to drive transformation and contribute to the overall development plan
- Substantial experience delivering results in a service based B2B senior sales position in the cleaning or facilities management sector
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- A "Player Coach" who can grow, develop and motivate a high performing sales team
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
