  2. Maximise all inbound opportunities by offering tailored offerings and delivering profitable bookings.
  3. Ensure clients receive the right products and services for their current requirements.
  4. Regular engagement with the sales team if the client is identified as having shared ownership potential.
  5. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  6. Owning and meeting/exceeding targets and KPIs on Revenue/Margin/New Business/Referrals.
  7. Commitment to log all sales efforts via Salesforce CRM.
  8. Ensure each inbound lead is handled swiftly, and professionally, with a clear focus on securing the business.
  9. A desire to maximise each charter opportunity whilst maintaining a focus on the long-term progression of the client.
  10. Take a dynamic approach to sales, pivoting with market trends and external challenges.
  11. Collaborate and build strong links with Client Service and Revenue Management teams.
  12. Be acutely aware of the importance of fostering long-term relationships with both clients and their supplier network.
  13. Diligent sourcing of aircraft through their approved operator network, ensuring all options reflect the high levels of quality and service their clients come to expect.
  14. Liaising with the Revenue Management team to check on-fleet and managed solutions for each and every request.
  15. Successful management of charter bookings from enquiry to Client Services handover.
  16. Embody the brand and make a positive contribution to the culture.
Education & Experience
  1. BA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a service and/or hospitality field is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Experience in the business aviation industry is preferred.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
  4. Language skills are advantageous.
