Your tasks Responsibilities
  • You design and deliver sales training programs, equipping the Go-to-market team with the latest messaging, product features, processes, and tactics.
  • You collaborate with marketing and product marketing to create and distribute high-quality sales collateral, such as sales meeting decks, presentations, and product collateral.
  • You work closely with Go-to-market leadership to create and execute initiatives that boost productivity and pipeline.
  • You organize and facilitate Go-to-market calls, fostering team collaboration and productivity.
  • You support the integration of new technologies and processes, owning our tech stack and optimizing them for revenue growth.

Profile
  • You have proven sales enablement and operations experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You are a highly organized, collaborative individual.
  • You have strong skills in preparing and delivering presentations.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
  • You have experience working with partners and or distributors (a plus).
