The role
We're seeking a Senior Sales Enablement specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our sales organization's effectiveness. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing GlobalData's sales processes supporting a comprehensive sales transformation program, including onboarding, sales process design, creation of our sales academy, and reimagining our customer sales process.
This role will focus on translating existing sales processes and go-to-market product enablement content into engaging and effective learning experiences within our LMS (Highspot).

As a key member of the Commercial Excellence team comprising Revenue Operations, GTM Reporting and Analytics, Sales Enablement, Pricing and GTM Tech, you will work closely with sales leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), HR and product teams to design our sales processes in a way that drives our peoples' success and provides the commercial guardrails necessary for our business.
What you'll be doing
- Document and define existing workflows and sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Working closely with other business stakeholders to ensure that new initiatives have appropriate robust sales processes throughout the Prospect to Cash customer lifecycle.
- In partnership with Sales Enablement developing and implementing training strategies, programs, and curricula for the sales organisation.
- In partnership with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement creating sales playbooks to improve sales performance.
- In partnership with Marketing developing sales success stories, case studies, and sales guides.
- Managing sales enablement content and ensuring accessibility.
- Enablement and ongoing training of sales technology solutions for customer facing teams.
- In partnership with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing designing customer outreach content and outreach flows to support Business Development.
- Analysing platform usage and engagement, leading initiatives to improve adoption and best practice use of platforms.
- Optimising our Sales engagement journeys helping measure, analysing and planning the quality, direction and quality of those journeys to benefit buyers and improve satisfaction of our sellers.
- Implementing new features to create efficiencies reducing friction in handoffs and improving CAC ratios and reducing cost to serve.
- Working closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to create a seamless digital journey for customers, this will include digital sales rooms, campaigns into strategic accounts, customer outreach, product launch communications and ongoing campaigns.
- Supporting the Sales Performance function with conversation intelligence technology implementation, training, and insights to improve sales process and performance.
- Work with our team of instructional designers to create engaging, interactive training materials (e-learning, videos, guides, assessments, etc.) tailored to sales skills and product knowledge.
- LMS Management: Upload, organize, and maintain training content within Highspot, ensuring ease of access and usability for the sales team.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, HR, L&D, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure training aligns with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track training engagement and effectiveness using data insights, refining content based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on learning trends, sales methodologies, and enablement tools to enhance training quality.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, in a Data or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Highspot or other LMS platforms, with experience managing and deploying content.
- Ability to create compelling, visually engaging content using tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Synthesia, Guidde, Scribe or similar platforms.
- Experience working with sales teams and understanding sales processes, methodologies, and performance drivers.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience building sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
- Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred.
- Knowledge of major Sales Methodologies such as Value Selling, Sandler, Richardson Sales Performance or Sales Qualification Framework MEDDPICC highly regarded.
