Your Role

• Solution Design & Product Expertise - Develop tailored demos for enterprise customers, guiding them on best practices, integrations, and AI-driven automation strategies. Act as a trusted product expert, addressing technical questions and concerns throughout the sales process.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building - Build strong, consultative relationships with prospective customers by understanding their challenges, recommending the right solutions, and ensuring their success with Eloquent AI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work directly with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to refine our AI solutions and drive product improvements based on customer feedback and evolving market needs.
• Onboarding & Implementation Support - Assist customers during the onboarding and integration phase, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of our AI agents.

• Sales Engineering Experience - 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a customer-facing technical role, preferably in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS.
• Technical Expertise - Strong understanding of AI, APIs, cloud technologies, and system integrations. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demo Experience - Proven ability to design, build, and deliver compelling product demonstrations, effectively communicating Eloquent AI's value proposition.
• Enterprise Sales Acumen - Experience working with B2B enterprise customers, engaging with both executives and technical leaders, and guiding them through complex sales cycles.
• Practical Problem-Solving - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and overcome technical roadblocks during the sales process.
• Collaboration & Adaptability - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to refine our AI solutions and drive customer success.
• Education & Background - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent experience in a technical sales role is just as valuable.
• You have experience in AI or machine learning, particularly in conversational AI, LLMs, or enterprise workflow automation.
• You've worked in a startup environment and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
