Sales Executive - Car Rental at Edinburgh Airport

Salary: £10.42ph with a £40k OTE
Working hours: 12 hour shifts 5 days week one and only 2 days week two
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday one week 12 hours each day, and then the week after only Wednesday & Thursday 12 hour shifts
You will deal with car hire for passengers that have just flown into Edinburgh Airport for a holiday or business travel.
All the leads are warm as they need the car to get out of the airport; it's a great opportunity to make commission.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling and upselling car rental. You will sell car hire to very warm leads, then upgrade the car to luxury cars and offer upgraded insurance. Additionally, you will offer optional extras like Sat Navs, child and baby seats if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the dealership
- Upsell and offer additional products to the car rental contract
- Achieve sales targets
- Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles
- Activate the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and manage the objects left behind.
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
- Able to demonstrate excellent sales skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Experience of achieving sales targets
