Job Description
Are you a sales professional with a knack for closing deals and building lasting relationships? Ready to bring your skills to a fast-paced, global environment? We're looking for a motivated 360 Sales Executive to join a leading SaaS company to drive their new business growth in the EMEA region.
This is a dynamic, consultative role where you'll work directly with the Sales Director to identify, target, prospect, and close new business across a designated territory. If you're a self-starter with experience in high-volume sales, you are the right fit!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and efficiently to assigned leads and new business opportunities.
- Prospect, meet KPIs, and book meetings with named accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute demand-generation campaigns.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Conduct engaging, customer-focused sales presentations and demos via web-conference.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
What You ll Need to Succeed:
- Fluent in German and English.
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS space.
- Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline building, and closing deals.
- Strong questioning and listening skills to identify client needs and present solutions.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
- Creative, innovative thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills.
