To find out more about our journey click here . Your Next Challenge We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales team, London based. As the Sales Executive, you will source potential corporate clients for Moneycorp making outbound calls and selling the Moneycorp international payment service to key decision makers. Build rapport and identify FX requirements to understand which product mix forms the best solution for their business needs. Role Responsibilities:- Sourcing business leads that have an exposure to FX and making international payments
- Generating new opportunities within a minimum of £1m FX flow per annum
- Prospecting new opportunities effectively via various channels e.g. CRM database, lead sourcing platforms, websites and directories
- Identifying key decision makers within the business and structuring calls to obtain a full understanding of a potential client's FX requirements
- Identifying their motivations in order to qualify the lead
- Hitting monthly meeting numbers and revenue targets
- Achieving monthly KPI's - call volumes, average call times, meetings booked, generating interest with brokers, new client count
- Identifying customers
- Stimulating interest in Moneycorp's services
- Organising second conversations or face-to-face meetings
- Pre-empting client objections by effectively communicating relevant solutions
- Demonstrable experience of working towards targets
- Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority
- Working within a multi-channel environment e.g. telephone, email, face-to-face
- Previous B2B sales experience (cold calling) - desirable
- Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisation including prioritisation
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- IT literate; proficient in CRM, Excel and Word
- Influencing, persuading and negotiating
- Take initiative and works under their own direction
