Position: Sales Executive

Package: £28,000 - £32,000 + Great Bonus!

Location: London (Hybrid)

Do you have a passion for premium food and luxury brands? We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive wholesale expansion across London and the UK for a fast-growing, high-end confectionery brand. Your Role:
  1. Identify and secure new wholesale accounts, starting with top department stores and delicatessens, and expanding nationally.
  2. Build strong, long-term relationships with independent retailers, turning them into brand ambassadors.
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximise growth and profitability.
  4. Manage multiple accounts, from initial outreach to ongoing support and development.
  5. Travel regularly to meet potential partners, attend industry events, and enhance brand presence.
What You Bring:
  1. FMCG sales experience.
  2. A 'hunter' mentality - energetic, tenacious, and driven by results.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills - confident, engaging, and able to build strong relationships.
  4. Experience in premium branded consumer goods (food, fashion, interiors, etc.).
  5. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  6. Willingness to travel regularly (driving license required). Passion for luxury products and an entrepreneurial mindset.
